Red DNA officially launched in 2017, but its roots go back to 2010 when we began working on our Medusa project. Founder Erin Ryan recognized a recurring pattern while consulting for companies that were repeatedly devastated by security issues.

It became evident that human error was the leading contributor to these cyber incidents. Erin devoted significant time and energy to developing infrastructure and training tools that would transform users from being the greatest threat to becoming the strongest champions of security.
